Spin-A-Bingo client update: faster game events in a few animation areas (e.g. when there are multiple line formations in queue) for a generally faster gameplay… as requested by players who are still experiencing some slowness in the game

- added CapsLock functionality in all the chat rooms. If the CapsLock key is on, all incoming chat text are automatically capitalized for that player, without affecting the rest of the players who prefer to receive chat text in normal form
- removed All-CAPS Bingo room, as it is no longer necessary (if anyone wants to chat in All-CAPS, they can now do it in ANY room if they have the CAPSLOCK key on)
- fixed some potential icon display problems if the player has capslock on

Current limitation: player has to type anything in chat at least once before the CapsLock setting is recognized server-side, this will be fixed later…

- minor changes in user profile/stats page
- changes to home page, for easier switching between the 2 available games
- Spin-A-Bingo is now open to everyone, although I am still fixing a few issues
- everyone can now view other players’ stats, but currently limited to viewing players in the best players lists
- minor db-check optimizations when confirming sign-ups

- fixed some server-sent icons not showing properly in a few lower-level bingo rooms
- moved some rooms (and a few other things) to the new machine (which has been stable so far), for better load-balancing

- added codes to semi-automate generation of monthly best player lists, hopefully this can be made fully-automated in the future, so I also don’t have to disable the site and all the games anymore while this is being done
