I think Microsoft may have been testing some new spam filters the last few weeks, unfortunately it looks like the filters were too strict. E-mails do not reach the Inbox, or even the Junk folder at all, even if the address is already in the Contacts and/or SafeList (ie some incoming e-mails just get “lost in transit”). Anyway, it seems to be back to normal now (at least the past 2 days or so), so I already removed the Hotmail/MSN registration restrictions.
Unfortunately, the system is currently having issues sending e-mails to players who are using a Hotmail or MSN e-mail address. I have temporarily disabled accepting registrants using these e-mail providers at this time, until the issue has been fully resolved.
Players who have been affected by this and are still waiting for their registration codes, please use another e-mail address if you can so your registration codes will go through.
